Born in 1898 in Narva; German. Lived in Leningrad, Priyutskaya St., Bldg. 3/5, Apt. 8. Arrested on 11.02.1935 by the Leningrad NKVD, released from custody on 28.02.1935. Arrested a second time on 05.02.1938, charged under Art. 58-6 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR (espionage activity). By the resolution of the NKVD commission and the USSR Prosecutor's Office dated 13.06.1938, sentenced to capital punishment. On 28.05.1958 the sentence was overturned and the case was closed.
