Ponomarev Anatoly Dmitrievich

Genus. in 1933 in the city of Gorokhovets, Vladimir region; Russian; higher education; b/p. Mechanical engineer, worked at the Leningrad branch of the All-Russian Research Institute of Medical Instrumentation. Arrested in October 1970, charged under Art. 190-1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was examined at PB No. 2 in Leningrad, declared insane, and by a ruling of the Leningrad City Court dated January 29, 1971, he was sent for compulsory treatment in St. Petersburg. From 03/11/1971 he was in Leningrad St. Petersburg, discharged at the end of 1972. He was forcibly placed in PB No. 3 named after. Skvortsov-Stepanov, Leningrad in September 1974 - for a letter asking to be released from the USSR. Discharged in the summer of 1975. Hospitalized again in October 1975 and placed in hospital No. 3.
