Genus. in 1886 in Irkutsk; expelled from the gymnasium for revolutionary activities, graduated as an external student in Krasnoyarsk. In 1911 he graduated from the Law Faculty of St. Petersburg University. He was engaged in pedagogical and social activities, taught at the Plekhanov Institute, worked in the apparatus of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the USSR. In 1936 he worked at the Book Chamber. Arrested 01/08/1936; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on March 31, 1936 for “counter-revolutionary agitation and propaganda” to deportation to the city of Turtkul (Kara-Kalpakiya) for 3 years. Arrested again 03/05/1937; sentenced by the OSO under the NKVD of the USSR on August 21, 1937 to 5 years in labor camp; was in Magadan. He died in 1941 from tuberculosis. Rehabilitated in 1956.
