Born in 1880 in the village of Chekaevka, Saransk district; lower education; 1913 - 1919 member of the RSDLP; in 1917 Minister of Labor in the Provisional Government. He was arrested at the end of 1917 and in 1920. In 1930 - head of the planning and economic part of the reconstruction sector of the Steam Locomotive-Car-Diesel Association of the Supreme Economic Council. Lived in Moscow. Arrested 12/12/1930. Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium on April 25, 1931 in the case of the “Union Bureau of the RSDLP (M)" to 10 years in prison. Rehabilitated on July 30, 1990 for lack of corpus delicti.
