Born in 1897 in the village. Kolodino Novotorzhsky district Tver lips. (according to other data, in the city of Torzhok); Russian; higher education; member of the Socialist Revolutionary Party (March–June 1917), member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) in 1926–1936. Graduated from the Leningrad Polytechnic Institute. Before his arrest, he lived in Leningrad (Kirovsky pr., 26/28, apt. 121), temporarily acting as director of the Institute of Industrial Transport Engineers (LIIPT). Arrested on 04/03/1936, accused “in connection with the terrorist Mendelshtam” and “c/r Trotskyist activities.” Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated August 15, 1936 under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years of labor camp; On September 10, 1936, he was sent from Leningrad to the Solovetsky camp and was held at the Kremlin camp. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/14/1937 to VMN. Shot on November 1, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on August 24, 1956 by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court
