Genus. in 1886 in St. Petersburg; Latvian; from workers; primary education (according to other sources, lower); former member of the CPSU (b); married, had two children. Convicted in 1906 for possession of political materials. From 1924 until his arrest - typesetter, instructor of typesetting machines at the printing house named after. E. Sokolova. Lived in Leningrad (10th Krasnoarmeyskaya street, 21, apt. 6). Arrested on August 13, 1936 on charges of CRTD. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on October 15, 1936 to 5 years in labor camp and 3 years of disqualification. In custody in the 8th Solovetsky department of the Belbaltlag (arrived on 11/12/1936 at the Anzer camp). Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD of the Leningrad Region dated February 14, 1938 to VMN. Executed on February 17, 1938 in Solovki. Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor of the Arkhangelsk Region on August 31, 1989.
