Rumyantsev Alexander Yakovlevich
Born in 1910 in the village. Ladozhskoye, Vesyegonsky district, Moscow province; Russian; from peasants. Previously convicted, sentenced under Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR by 2 years. Sentenced by a resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated January 15, 1933 under Art. 74-2 of the Criminal Code to execution with replacement by 10 years of labor camp. While imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp, he escaped in 1934. Sentenced on August 12, 1935 by the Leningrad Regional Court under Art. 59-3 of the Criminal Code to execution, replaced by 10 years in the ITL, imprisonment in the Solovetsky camp. Placed in a high-security convoy for 1 year. Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic).
