Arrested on July 8, 1927, charged under Art. 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. By the Resolution of the OGPU Collegium dated August 29, 1927, “in accordance with Art. 50 of the Criminal Code" was exempted from punishment. Arrested again on charges of “preparing to illegally cross the state border.” By resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated July 27, 1935, he was sentenced under Art. 19-84 of the Criminal Code for 5 years of labor camp. In custody on Solovki. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated November 25, 1937, he was sentenced to VMN . Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad.
