Shane Petr Petrovich

Genus. 06/17/1904 in St. Petersburg; Russian; higher education (according to other sources, incomplete higher education), engineer-economist; member of the CPSU (b) in 1921–1928. Lived in Leningrad (address before arrest V.O., 14th line, no. 99, apt. 13), worked as an assistant to the manager. warehouse of the Radio Hardware Plant named after. Kozitsky. Arrested on October 20, 1928, on charges of “c/r Trotskyist activity.” By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated December 27, 1928, he was sentenced under Art. 58-10 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR for deportation to Siberia for 3 years. Released early on August 23, 1929 with permission to live freely throughout the USSR. Before the second arrest, he lived in Saratov (Pushkinskaya St., 62, apt. 2), an engineer-economist at the Saratov Traktorodetal plant. Arrested on February 16, 1936, transferred to Leningrad (arrived on April 30, 1936 from the Saratov investigative prison). Sentenced on December 26, 1936 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 17-58-8, 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison with disqualification for 5 years and confiscation of property. He served his sentence in Solovki. Sentenced on November 25, 1937 by a special troika of the UNKVD of the Leningrad Region to capital punishment. Shot on December 8, 1937 in Leningrad. Rehabilitated on December 12, 1959 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
