Genus. 10/30/1902 in Bobruisk, Minsk province; Jew; incomplete higher education; economist; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1919. Lived in Leningrad (address before arrest: Bolshaya Moskovskaya st., 9, apt. 9); head planning and financial department of the agricultural trust (according to other sources, head of the financial planning department of the Leningrad Union of Consumer Societies). Arrested on December 10, 1934, accused of participating in the “K/R Zinoviev group.” Sentenced by a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR on February 10, 1935 to 5 years in a concentration camp. In custody in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward. Transported to Leningrad. Sentenced on December 26, 1936 by a visiting session of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-8, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years in prison. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky prison, he was kept in the Savvatyevsky special detention center. By the resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 09.10.1937, he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 2, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on September 2, 1957 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
