Genus. in 1928 in a family of dispossessed and exiled peasants. Later, both parents were in prison. During the war, he ended up in the occupation zone and was sent to work in Germany. After the war, he was able to avoid returning to the USSR, from 1947. worked as a miner in Belgium. In 1950 joined the NTS.
In April 1953 on instructions from the leadership of the NTS, as part of a group, he was illegally sent to the USSR - members of the group were dropped by parachute from an American plane in the Maykop area. The group was arrested, and by the verdict of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR, everyone was sentenced to death as agents of foreign intelligence. In 1993, the Prosecutor General's Office denied rehabilitation.
