Born in 1894 in the Vostochno-Talgarskaya volost, Vernensky district , Semirechye region; Kazakh; secondary education; member of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) since 1917. Deputy Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the RSFSR. Lived in Moscow. Arrested on 21.05.1937 by the NKVD of the Ordzhonikidze region. Sentenced on 08.02.1937 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR under Art. 58-11, 58-1a, 58-8, 58-9 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. Executed on 10.02.1938 in Moscow. Burial place - Kommunarka. Rehabilitated by the Military Commission of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 08.12.1956.
