Ryabinin Konstantin Nikolaevich
Genus. in 1887 in Murom; Russian, from a merchant family; higher education. He graduated from the Murom real school and in 1900 from the St. Petersburg dental school; in 1902 he graduated from the Tiflis gymnasium as an external student, in 1909 he graduated from the medical faculty of Kharkov University. He worked in the Moscow district and Vilna hospitals for the mentally ill. In 1911–1917, he held high administrative positions in the healthcare sector of Russia, had the rank of state councilor, for successful service he was awarded the Order of Anna III degree and Stanislav II degree, the medal “In memory of the 300th anniversary of the reign of the House of Romanov”, the medal on the Vladimir ribbon “In memory 100th anniversary of the Patriotic War of 1812", a breastplate in memory of the 50th anniversary of the highest institution on January 1, 1864, "Regulations on provincial and district zemstvo institutions." In 1913 he was received twice by Nicholas II. After the revolution, he worked in a psychiatric clinic in Leningrad and in Pyatigorsk. In 1926, as a ship's doctor, he sailed on the steamship "Argun" throughout Europe. In 1927–1928 - participant in the Trans-Himalayan expedition of the Roerich family. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad. Arrested in March 1930. Sentenced by the Troika PP OGPU for the Leningrad Military District to 5 years in labor camp. In conclusion - to SLON. Arrested 09/27/1937. Sentenced to 10 years in labor camp. In conclusion, in the Ulan-Ude region, he worked as a doctor in a camp. Released in 1947. After liberation, he lived in Murom and worked as a pediatrician. Then - to the hospital in Ust-Izhora (Leningrad region). He died in 1955 in Murom. Rehabilitated by the Presidium of the Leningrad City Court in 1961.
