Sagaidak Dmitry Evgenievich
Genus. in 1902 in the city of Mineralnye Vody; Ukrainian; from workers; higher education - graduated from Moscow Higher Technical School; member of the CPSU(b). From 1930 he worked at the Moscow Metallurgical Plant "Sickle and Hammer". Arrested 04/23/1937. Sentenced on 07/02/1937 by a Special Meeting of the NKVD “for counter-revolutionary Trotskyist activities” under Art. 58-10 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 8 years in labor camp. In custody - in Vologda, in the Solovetsky prison. Released in March 1947. Lived in the city of Kirzhach, Vladimir region (due to the ban on living in the capital), worked as a senior technologist in the technical department at the Red October plant. Arrested 04/09/1948. Sentenced on May 30, 1948 by a visiting session of the Vladimir Regional Court under Art. 58–10, Part I of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 10 years of labor camp with loss of voting rights for 5 years. Rehabilitated on March 23, 1955 by the Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of the USSR. He returned to Moscow and worked at the Hammer and Sickle plant until his retirement. Died in Moscow on 02/06/1987.
