Genus. in 1897 in Ukraine. Graduated from the Kharkov Art School. He was a member of the All-Ukrainian Union of Artists and designed books for a number of publishing houses. Arrested on April 27, 1935, sentenced to 6 years in labor camp. In custody in Kolyma from June 10, 1936 (lag point Yagodnoye). In 1937 he received an encouragement - "a bonus with a costume for his work on the design of the art exhibition "History of the Road" about the construction of the Kolyma highway. Released 04/17/1941. From December 1944 to February 1947 - artist of the symphony orchestra of the Magadan Music and Drama Theater named after Gorky. 05/24/1947 left to Ukraine.
