In 1936 he lived in Kharkov; arrested 03/13/1936; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 03/08/1937 under Art. 54-8-10-11 (for a long period he carried out active counter-revolutionary activities and headed the Red Trotskyist Menshevik underground in Ukraine) to the VMN; shot 03/08/1937; burial place - Moscow. Rehabilitated 12/08/1956.
