In 1923 he lived in Kyiv, a statistician-accounter of the Kyiv Gubernia Trade Union Council; arrested by the Kyiv Provincial Department of the GPU on 09/07/1923; sentenced to OS KOGPU on 05/06/1024 under Art. 62, 72 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR to 3 years in prison. On April 15, 1927, he was sentenced to exile in Central Asia for 3 years by the decision of the OS KOGPU. In 1930 he was sentenced to exile in Petropavlovsk for 3 years.
