Genus. in 1924 in the village. Borki, Shatsk district, Ryazan region, Russian, 8th grade education, WWII participant, prisoner of war, 1944-1945. - officer of the Russian Liberation Army. Convicted three times (1945, 1948, 1952), the last time he was accused of attempting to create the rebel organization “Comrade Union” in Ozerlag. During the Kengir uprising he headed the “security service” (“bezpeki”) or “operational department”. He took the most uncompromising position, stated tough demands during the negotiations, and hoped for the transformation of the uprising in Steplag into a nationwide one. Convicted by the Supreme Court of the Kazakh USSR. Shot on September 12, 1956.
