Genus. in 1888 in Nikolaev; Jew; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1904; higher education. In 1925 he was arrested and until 1928 he was kept in the Verkhneuralsk political isolation ward; at the end of his term of imprisonment he was sent into exile in the village of Parabel, Narym Territory. From September 1931 he served his “minus” in the city of Orel; in December 1934 he was sent into exile in Arkhangelsk for a period of 3 years. In 1937 he lived in Arkhangelsk, did not work; arrested on April 14, 1937 on charges of counterintelligence activities and connections with the Menshevik underground; On December 19, 1937, an additional charge was brought against him for participating in an illegal Menshevik organization, which took the position of using terror against the leaders of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) and the Soviet government and carried out practical work in this direction; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on April 21, 1938 under Art. 58-10 part 1, 19-58-8, 58-11 to VMN; shot 04/21/1937. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Arkhangelsk Region on August 28, 1992.
