Genus. in 1874 in Perm; Russian; higher education: graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kazan University (1897); social democrat. He worked as an assistant to a sworn attorney in Perm, collaborated with the newspaper “Permsky Krai”; in 1902 he was arrested and exiled to the Arkhangelsk province; participant in the armed uprising in Motovilikha in December 1905; since 1906 - lawyer in Vologda, member of the Vologda Society for the Study of the Northern Territory. He was nominated as a member of the All-Russian Constituent Assembly from the Marxist group “Unity”. In 1918–1921 he worked as a legal adviser and head of the museums section of the Service Directorate of the People's Commissariat for Education in Moscow. In 1921 he was arrested by the OGPU and exiled to the Arkhangelsk province. In 1922 he lived in Perm; arrested on January 10, 1922 for anti-Soviet agitation; sentenced by the Presidium of the Cheka on 02/03/1922 to deportation to the village of Ust-Tsilma, Pechora district, Arkhangelsk province. In exile - in Arkhangelsk, head of the legal department (according to other sources - clerk) of the Severoles department; arrested on March 28, 1923 for communicating with representatives of the Society to monarchist prisoners held in the Pertominsky camp, was kept in the internal prison of the GPU; 05/07/1929, according to the conclusion of the GPU, the case was closed, he was released from custody on an undertaking not to reside in 7 cities for 2 years; returned to Arkhangelsk. (According to some information, in 1925 he was a teacher at the Arkhangelsk Industrial College, but this is doubtful). In the 1930s - an employee of the Perm Scientific and Industrial Museum and a member of the Kama Local History Society; published articles on local history topics and memories of his revolutionary past in metropolitan magazines and Perm newspapers. In 1936–1937 he lived in Sverdlovsk, worked as a legal adviser; arrested in Perm 12/07/1937; sentenced by the Troika UNKVD of the Sverdlovsk region on 12/09/1937 under Art. 58-10, 11 to VMN with confiscation of property; shot 12/26/1937. Rehabilitated by the Perm Regional Court on December 10, 1969.
