Genus. in 1875 in the village. Smolevichi Borisovsky district Minsk province; Russian, higher education, b/p., lived in Leningrad, Pulkovo Observatory, state house, apt. 27. Arrested on March 25, 1931 by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the OGPU in the Leningrad Military District. Charged under Art. 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR in belonging to the k/r. organizations. During the investigation, the accusation was not confirmed and the resolution of the SPO PP OGPU in the Leningrad Military District dated July 24, 1931, the case was closed by the investigation, Tikhov was released from custody. Died 1960
