Fuchs Robert Adolfovich

Genus. in 1904 in Odessa; in 1921–1923 - Socialist-Revolutionary, then - Social Democrat. In 1922 he lived in Odessa, a student at the Institute of National Economy; arrested on October 10, 1922 by the City Department of the OGPU; the charge was brought on October 31, 1922; sentenced by the OGPU Commission on Administrative Expulsions on March 30, 1923 for distributing leaflets and Socialist Revolutionary agitation to deportation to Turkestan for 2 years. At the end of the period of exile, he left for permanent residence in Nizhny Novgorod. [In 1926 he lived in Leningrad (?)] exiled to Kirkray for 3 years, in 1926–1928 he was in exile; after liberation he lived in Leningrad [graduated from the Physico-Mechanical Institute]; arrested 01/05/1931; sentenced to Kogpu on July 23, 1931 under Art. 58-4 for deportation to Eastern Siberia for 3 years; lived in Krasnoyarsk. After 1945 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a senior engineer at the Elektrosila plant; arrested again on January 16, 1951; sentenced by OS MGB of the USSR on 04/14/1951 as an ESR and for illegal possession of bladed weapons to 10 years of exile in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, was in the Udereisky district of the KK; released 09/15/1955. Rehabilitated in the case of 1922 by the Prosecutor's Office of the Odessa Region on July 20, 1989, in the case of 1931 by the Prosecutor's Office of Leningrad on October 23, 1989, in the case of 1951 by the Central Commission for the Review of Cases of Persons Convicted of Counter-Revolutionary Crimes, on August 1, 1955.
