Genus. in 1882 in Kiev; Jew; higher education, member of the RSDLP (m) since 1902. In 1930 he lived in Leningrad, worked as a legal adviser in Sevzaptorg. Arrested 12/26/1930; on July 23, 1931 KOGPU was sentenced to deportation to Sverdlovsk for 3 years; deprived of the right to reside in 12 settlements, in Chita and the Omsk region. He was rehabilitated in the case of 1930 by the prosecutor's office of Leningrad on 10/23/1989.
