Arrested on February 12, 1930, charged under Art. 58-10, 58-11, 58-12 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR; On July 23, 1931, KOGPU was sentenced to deportation to the Northern Territory for 3 years. Rehabilitated by the Leningrad Prosecutor's Office on 10/23/1989.
