Genus. in 1894 in the village of Gurovshchina, Kyiv district, Kyiv province; Jew; higher education; member of the AKP. In 1922 he lived in Tomsk, a 4th year student at the Faculty of Medicine of Tomsk University; arrested 09/19/1922; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on 06/08/1923 to 2 (according to other sources - to 3) years SLON. During the mass 15-day hunger strike of socialists in Solovki, he closely monitored the health of prisoners and then helped them recover; he himself could not take part in the hunger strike, since his comrades forbade him to do so due to poor health. In 1925 - a prisoner of a political isolation ward; sentenced by OS KOGPU on June 19, 1925 to deportation to the OGPU PP for the Urals for 3 years. In 1926 he lived in Berezovo, in 1927 in Surgut, then in Orenburg, and from 1928 in Tobolsk. In 1928 he was released under an amnesty. In 1928 he lived in exile in Tobolsk; arrested 07/01/1928; sentenced on 10/08/1928 to deportation to the Middle Volga region (Buguruslan) for 3 years; On 05/15/1931 the exile was extended for another 3 years. In 1937 he lived in Orenburg, worked as the head of a laboratory at the Institute of Epidemiology and Hygiene; arrested 02/09/1937; sentenced by the Supreme Court of the USSR Armed Forces on 02/02/1938 under Art. 58-7, 8, 9, 11 to VMN; shot 02/02/1938; burial place - Orenburg. Rehabilitated in the 1937 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Orenburg Region on September 11, 1992; in the case of 1923 - by the Prosecutor's Office of the Tomsk Region on November 27, 1995.
