Genus. in 1892 in Nikolaev in a family of employees; Jew; incomplete higher education; member of the RSDLP(M) since 1913; graduated from the ensign school in 1917 and served in the army until 1918; in 1921-1922 member of the Moscow Committee of the RSDLP. In 1921 he lived in Moscow, an employee; arrested 02/25/1921; November 17, 1921 released. Arrested in Moscow on March 14, 1923; sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on May 16, 1923 in the case of the Social Democrats to 3 years SLON (according to other sources, sent to Pertominsk); in 1925 he was transferred to the Tobolsk political isolation ward. 05/21/1926 sentenced by the OS NKVD of the USSR to deportation to the Urals for 3 years, sent to the Tobolsk district; 03/29/1929 sentenced to 3 years of “minuses”. In 1930 he lived in Tashkent; arrested and sentenced by the OSO KOGPU on September 8, 1930 to 3 years in prison; served in Verkhneuralsk, then in Chelyabinsk political isolation wards. On May 28, 1933, the OS Kogpu sentenced him to 3 years of deportation to Central Asia. In 1935 he was in Samarkand, working as an accountant. Arrested 04/29/1935; sentenced July 28, 1935 sentenced to 3 years in labor camp. Arrived in Siblag on November 15, 1935 from Samarkand prison. I stayed in the Yai branch of Siblag; left for Ukhtpechlag (Komi Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic) by order No. 127 of 05/07/1937. Rehabilitated in cases of 1930 and 1933 by the Criminal Code of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on April 21, 1960; in case 1935 - by the prosecutor's office of the Uzbek SSR on May 3, 1990.
