Born in 1889 in Hrubieszów, Lublin Voivodeship (Poland), Pole, Social Democrat. In October 1922 he was elected as a candidate to the Bureau of the Central Committee of the RSDLP. Lived in Moscow, head of the department for labor regulation of private enterprises of the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions. Arrested on 04.04.1922. By the decree of the KOGPU of 27.06.1922, sentenced to 2 years of exile to Turkestan. Released before being sent into exile, he went into hiding. Arrested again on 26.02.1923, sentenced by the decree of the NKVD Commission for Administrative Expulsions of 13.04.1923 under Articles 62 and 72 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 3 years in a concentration camp. Arrived in Pertominsk on 06/09/1923, then transferred to Solovki (Savvatyevsky political monastery) on 07/01/1923. Taken to the mainland on 06/17/1925. Where he was until 1926 is unknown. By the resolution of the Special Security Council under the KOGPU of 04/16/1926, upon serving his sentence, he was sentenced to 3 years of exile in Siberia. After the end of his exile, by the resolutions of the Special Security Council under the KOGPU of 03/23/1929 and 03/13/1932, he was deprived of the right to reside in certain cities for 3 years. In 1931 he lived in Ulyanovsk, a worker. Arrested on 03/03/1931, charged under Article 58-10, released on 05/05/1931 due to the termination of the case, continued to live in Ulyanovsk. Arrested on 02/17/1935. Sentenced by the decree of the General Assembly of the NKVD of the USSR on 15.05.1935 to 5 years of exile in Kazakhstan. In exile in Alma-Ata, he worked as a mechanic in the Zagozerno office. Arrested on 07.02.1937. Sentenced by the Visiting Session of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 03-05.10.1937 under Art. 58-8, 10, 11 to capital punishment. Shot in Alma-Ata on 04.10.1937. Rehabilitated under the 1937 case of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 16.10.1964.
