In 1921 he lived in Smolensk, worked as head of the city statistics section in the Gubernia Statistics Bureau (according to other sources - head of the section of the Smolensk provincial zemstvo government. Arrested 08.06 .1921 Smolgubchek. Held in prison in Smolensk, then in Moscow. Sentenced by the Presidium of the Cheka on December 19, 1921 to 1 year of exile to the Vologda province; did not arrive at the place of exile. In 1922 lived in Tula; arrested on August 2, 1922 (according to other sources, in November 1922) as living under someone else's documents; found guilty of evading leaving the place of exile and producing false documents, sentenced by the NKVD Commission on Administrative Expulsions on January 05, 1923 to 1 year SLON; released from SLON in January 1924 and left for the city of Bely Smolensk province. In 1931 he lived in Moscow; worked in the People's Commissariat of Trade. Arrested, sentenced by the Kogpu on January 27, 1931 in the case of the "Union Bureau of the RSDLP (m)" to VMN with confiscation of property and deportation of the family for 3 years. Shot on January 28, 1931. Rehabilitated for case of 1921 by the Office for Supervision of the Execution of Laws on GB of the USSR Prosecutor's Office 04/26/1991; in the 1922 case, he is not subject to rehabilitation; in the case of 1931 - 07/30/1990.
