Genus. in 1888 (1890? 1889?) in the city of Orsha (according to other sources, in the town of Bayevo, Goritsky district) of the Mogilev province; Jew; secondary education - graduated from high school in Yekaterinoslav; member of the RSDLP(M) in 1905–1922. Arrested in Moscow in April 1922; sentenced in June 1922 to deportation for 2 years for belonging to the RSDLP (m), served exile in Voronezh. He was arrested on 07/04/1922; and also in March 1925; 04/03/1925 sentenced by OS KOGPU to 3 years of exile in Wed. Asia. In exile in Tashkent. Arrested on July 23, 1926. In 1930 he lived in Voronezh, was arrested on 06/03/1930, sentenced by OS KOGPU on 09/08/1930 under Art. 18-10, 11 to be deported to the Tobolsk district for 3 years. On June 10, 1933, the OS KOGPU was sentenced to extend the deportation for another 3 (according to other sources, 2) years. In 1937 he lived in Vladimir, worked as an economist and planner at a dairy factory. Arrested 05/29/1937. Died while under investigation on March 30, 1938. Rehabilitated in the 1930 case by the Investigative Committee of the Armed Forces of the RSFSR on November 17, 1989, as well as by the Voronezh Regional Court on June 2, 1960; in the case of 1933 by the Investigative Committee of the Supreme Court of the RSFSR on November 17, 1989, as well as by the Voronezh Regional Court on June 2, 1960; in the case of 1937 by the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Military District on October 27, 1956.
