Labuzov Nikolay Nikolaevich
Genus. in 1916 in Yelets; Russian; from workers; shoemaker; non-partisan. Before arrest without a specific occupation or place of residence. By resolution of the OGPU Collegium of 02/09/1933, he was sentenced under Art. 59-3 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to death with replacement by 10 years of labor camp. Imprisoned in the Solovetsky camp; was twice placed in a reinforced security convoy for a period of 6 months. In 1935, he escaped from a punishment cell with a group of prisoners. Leningrad Regional Court 07/17/1935 under Art. 82 and 16-59-3 of the Criminal Code, the term was increased by two years (total term - 9 years 6 months). Participated in a riot in a cell on August 30, 1937 , and was sent to a punishment cell for 5 days. By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on October 27, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic).
