Genus. in 1895 in the city of Vytegra, Olonets province: Jew; b/p; higher education. In 1933 he lived in Leningrad, head of the department of the Leningrad Mechanical Engineering Institute; sentenced by the Kogpu on February 27, 1934 to 10 years in labor camp. According to the death certificate, he died in 1946. By decree of the OS under the NKVD of the USSR dated 08/08/1942, he was released early. Rehabilitated by the Military Commissariat of the USSR Armed Forces on July 22, 1958.
