Genus. 26.04. (old style) 1900 in Odessa; Jew; from the family of a sworn attorney; higher education; non-partisan. Graduated from the legal department of Leningrad State University (1924); lawyer, member of the Leningrad Regional College of Defenders at the Leningrad Regional Court. Lived at the address: Leningrad, Krestovsky Island, Morskoy Ave., 43 apt. 54 (according to other data, Konstantinovsky Ave., 30, building 8, apt. 54). Arrested on June 30, 1936, accused of “c/r Trotskyist activity.” By a resolution of the Special Meeting of the NKVD of the USSR dated October 15, 1936, he was sentenced under Art. 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to 5 years in labor camp. In custody in the 8th Solovetsky department of the Belbaltlag (arrived on 11/12/1936 at the Anzer camp). By resolution of the Special Troika of the UNKVD LO dated 10/09/1937 he was sentenced to VMN. Shot on November 2, 1937 in the Sandormokh tract (Karelian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic). Rehabilitated on April 27, 1956 by the Leningrad City Court.
