Born in 1900 in the village of Koziki, Polotsk district, Vitebsk province. Pole, non-partisan. In 1927 he graduated from the Leningrad State Veterinary Institute. He lived in Leningrad, worked as a veterinarian at the state farm of the Skorokhod factory, before his arrest he was a district veterinarian of the Moscow District Council. Arrested on July 27, 1937 in Leningrad as part of the "Polish operation" of the NKVD (operational order of the People's Commissar No. 00485 of August 11, 1937), accused of participating in the counter-revolutionary spy organization POV. On September 22, 1937, by the Commission of the NKVD and the Prosecutor of the USSR, he was sentenced to death under Article 58-6-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR. He was shot in Leningrad on September 26, 1937. The place of burial is unknown. Rehabilitated on March 26, 1960 by the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Military District.
