Genus. 05/04/1881. Graduated from the St. Petersburg Institute of Railways, transport engineer. In 1916–1917 - engineer for assignments, head of the survey party of the Murmansk Railway Construction Department; from 1919 – member of the Polar Commission of the USSR Academy of Sciences. Participant in exploration, construction of the Murmansk railway, construction of railways in Central Asia, Transbaikalia. Author of the development plan for the city of Romanov-on-Murman (1916). Author of articles in the magazine “Red Murman” and others. Lived in Petrograd, Saperny lane, 19, apt. 5. Arrested no later than December 11, 1917.
