Genus. in 1884 in the city of Olgopol, Podolsk province. From April 1921 - head of the Murmansk Regional Department of Fish and Animal Fisheries (“Muroblastryba”). From August 1922 in Leningrad: head of the department of the Baltic Shipping Company, which included the Murmansk seaport. Removed from work on December 20, 1936 “as having failed to live up to the trust of the party and government.” Arrested in January 1937. On October 26, 1937, the All-Russian Military Commission of the USSR sentenced him to military service and was executed.
