Born in 1892 in Odessa. Sentenced by the OGPU Collegium court session on 28.02.1927 to imprisonment in a concentration camp for 5 years. Sentenced to the Solovetsky camps. On 19.08.1928 he was released from the camp due to poor health and sent into exile in the Northern Territory until the end of his term. Worked as a lumberjack. Disabled person of the 1st group due to vision impairment (the only seeing eye retained only 20% functionality). Rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on 29.09.1956.
