Sentenced by a court session of the Collegium of the OGPU dated February 28, 1927 to imprisonment for 3 years. By the decision of the Collegium of the OGPU dated 06/10/1929, he was sentenced to exile in Siberia for three years. According to an additional decree of April 23, 1930, he was exiled to the Komi ASSR for the remaining period. By the decision of the Collegium of the OGPU of 04/13/1932, he was released from punishment with a permit for free residence in the USSR.
He was rehabilitated by the decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR on September 29, 1956.
