By the decision of the Commission of the UNKVD for the Leningrad Region of 08/20/1937, he was expelled from Leningrad in an administrative order without specifying the expulsion period as the brother of the convicted for political reasons. By the decision of the UNKVD LO dated 07/14/1939, administrative expulsion was canceled. On February 29, 1964, he was rehabilitated by the Ukrainian Department of Organized Crime of the Leningrad City Executive Committee.
