Sentenced by the Military Tribunal of the garrison of the Soviet sector of Berlin on April 30, 1952 under Art. 16-84 and 58-8, 58-10 part 2 of the Criminal Code to 25 years in prison in a correctional labor camp. By decision of the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR dated May 19, 1954, the sentence was changed and the term of imprisonment was reduced to 5 years and 3 months.
