Genus. 12/25/1905 in the city of Pochep; Jew; member of the CPSU (b) from 1928 to 1937; education: higher - Moscow Automotive and Tractor Institute in 1930-1932; industrial faculty of VAMM in 1932-1935, specialty "combat vehicle designer", 1st category. He worked as a senior engineer at the 1st testing department of the armored vehicle research range. Lived in the Moscow region, Art. Kubinka, NIABT military camp, 3, apt. 13. On March 27, 193 , the 23rd air brigade was arrested by the GUGB NKVD on charges of espionage for Germany. Sentenced on 04/03/1939 by the Military Tribunal of the Moscow Military District under Art. 58-6 to 10 years in labor camp with loss of rights for 5 years. The term was reduced by 1 year by the resolution of the OSO dated January 19, 1944 for high performance. Imprisoned in Norillag. Released on March 27, 1947. From 1951 he was in exile in Krasnoyarsk, where he worked in a tractor repair workshop. Rehabilitated on June 15, 1955 by the Military Collegium of the Supreme Court of the USSR.
