Born in 1885 in the village of Kobylino, Soroka district, Bessarabia province; Jewish; higher legal education; left socialist revolutionary, member of the Central Committee of the Polish Socialist Revolutionary Party. By the decree of the Revolutionary Tribunal of 27.11.1918, he was sentenced in absentia to 3 years in prison in the "Left Socialist Revolutionary case" (the case of the murder of Mirbach); in 1920 he was arrested twice and released, lived illegally in Ukraine, Lithuania and Belarus, then in Moscow. Arrested on 09.03.1921, accused in the "Left Socialist Revolutionary case" (the case of the murder of Mirbach) . Sentenced by the Judicial Collegium of the Supreme Tribunal of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee on 29.09.1921 to   imprisonment for 3 years ( the sentence of 27.11.1918 was applied). He was held in Butyrskaya, Lefortovo, Yaroslavl prisons, and from June 1923 - in the Chelyabinsk DDP. In July 1923 he was released and left in Chelyabinsk for 3 years in administrative exile. Sentenced by the Special Meeting of the OGPU Collegium on 13.08.1926 to restriction of residence "-6" with attachment to a specific place for a period of 3 years. By the Resolution of the General Meeting of the OGPU Collegium dated 01.11.1926, the term was extended by one year. He settled in Tver. In 1930 he lived in Voronezh. He worked as an economist in the statistical sector of the Regional Planning Committee of the Central Black Earth Region, in the "Stal" association. Arrested on 07.09.1930.

Sentenced by the Special Specialized Department of the OGPU Collegium on 28.02.1931 on charges of organizing "illegal gatherings" of Left Socialist Revolutionaries, criticizing collectivization, and preparing to escape to 3 years of imprisonment. Imprisoned in the Yaroslavl political isolator. Released early on 28.10.1932 and exiled to Arkhangelsk for 3 years. Worked as an economist at the Sevoblmekhtorg in Arkhangelsk. Arrested on 06.02.1937. Sentenced on 29.08.1938 by the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on charges of participating in a counterrevolutionary terrorist organization to capital punishment. Shot on 29.08.1938 in Moscow, burial place - "Kommunarka". Rehabilitated by the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation on 27.04.1992 and in the 1926 case by the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor's Office of the City of Moscow
