Born 07.02.1912 at Baltinka station, Vitebsk province, Polish. Worked as a patternmaker at Ordzhonikidze plant No. 189. Lived in Leningrad (V.O., Proletarskoy Pobedy Ave., 72a, apt. 27). Arrested 01.11.1937. Sentenced by the resolution of the NKVD Commission and the USSR Prosecutor on 22.11.1937 . under Article 58-9-11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR to capital punishment. He was shot in Leningrad on November 27, 1937.
08/28/2016 at house No. 72 Bolshoi Prospekt In memory of I.V. Shaboltas, a personal memorial sign was installed in the V.O. of St. Petersburg as part of the "Last Address" project.
