A native of the village of Pogreby, Soshikha district, Leningrad region, from individual farmers, no citizenship, Russian, basic education, married. Lived in Leningrad, at the address Domaevsky per. 3, apt. 4, worked as a mechanic at plant #349.

Previously convicted under the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 26, 1940 (Article 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR).

He was arrested on September 11, 1941 in Leningrad for the fact that during the air raid alarm on September 9, 1941, “ while in the shelter of his home, he conducted counterrevolutionary agitation among citizens aimed at undermining and weakening the power of the Soviet Union, made slanderous statements about the Soviet press and radio broadcasts concerning military operations, while praising the fascist aviation of Germany.” He was arrested on suspicion of crimes provided for by the Decree of July 6, 1941 , Article of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, and placed in Prison No. 1 of Leningrad.

On September 16, 1941, the prison chief received a letter from the investigator of the Krasnogvardeisky District Prosecutor's Office of Leningrad, Ryashentsev, stating that the investigative case of the arrested Nikondrov had been sent to the Leningrad City Prosecutor's Office for further referral to the Military Tribunal of the NKVD Troops. However, no sentence was issued at that time, since prisoner Nikondrov, along with other defendants, was evacuated from Leningrad and transferred to Prison No. 3 of the NKVD NSO (Tomsk) with assignment to the Military Tribunal.

By decision of the visiting session of the Military Tribunal of the NKVD troops of the Novosibirsk region on January 10, 1942 in the city of Tomsk, he was sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment in a labor camp and 3 years of deprivation of rights (Article 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR). He died on February 26, 1942 in a prison in Tomsk. The report of the external examination of the body indicated that death occurred from typhus and left-sided pneumonia.
