City of Kyiv, January __, 1941. I, senior investigator of the investigative unit of the NKVD Directorate for Kyiv Oblast, Sikachinsky, having reviewed the materials received by the NKVD Directorate for Kyiv Oblast regarding the criminal activity of Shkolyarenko Dmitry Yakhonovich, born in 1894.

that Shkolyarenko D. Ya. is suspected of crimes provided for in 54-10, Part 1, Article 1 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR and taking into account that Shkolyarenko may evade investigation and trial, and therefore –

guided by Articles 143, 145 and 156 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Ukrainian SSR

Resolved:

The measure of prevention of methods of evading investigation and trial for Shkolyarenko Dmitry Yakhonovich is to be detention, which, in accordance with Article 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Ukrainian SSR, is to be announced to the arrested person under a receipt in this resolution.

In accordance with Article 158 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Ukrainian SSR, a copy of the resolution shall be sent to the Prosecutor and transferred to the head of the Kyiv prison for inclusion in the prison case.
