1941, August 26, I, Investigator of the NKVD Special Purpose Department 123 SD RONKIN, having examined the investigation materials on the Red Army soldier of the communications platoon of the 1st battalion of the 245th SP

CHUPIN Nikolai Korneevich, born in 1917, native of the village of Snegirevka, Shumyachsky District [Shumyachsky Region] of the Smolensk Region, Russian, citizen of the USSR, from poor peasants, non-party member, 3rd grade education, in the Red Army from July 1941 by conscription --

FOUND,

that Nikolai Korneevich CHUPIN is suspected of, etc., Article 58-10, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR, and taking into account that N.K. CHUPIN, while at large, may evade investigation and trial, --

RESOLVED:

The measure of suppression of Nikolai Korneevich CHUPIN's methods of evading investigation and trial shall be detention, about which, in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, the arrested person shall be notified against signature in this resolution.

In accordance with Article 150 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of the resolution shall be sent to the military prosecutor of the 123rd SD and the head of the prison for inclusion in the personal prison file.

Place of detention: guardhouse of the NKVD Special Department 123 SD.
