I, the respondent. the duty officer of the Bokovsky RO NKVD Sterlyadnikov, have established that Shirokov Ivan Andreevich, born in 1889 , is suspected of spreading counter-revolutionary rumors with the aim of creating panic among the working population in wartime .
And therefore, guided by Article 100 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR
DECIDED
Shirokov Ivan Andreevich is to be temporarily detained at the Bokov temporary detention facility... RO NKVD.
