Secret notification #0834 of September 8, 1941 from the Military Tribunal of the Leningrad Front to the Chief of the Leningrad Region NKVD Prison. It is reported that two death sentences have been cancelled: against Golubykh N.I. and Menshov N.M. The Golubykh case has been sent for a new trial. It is ordered that this decision be announced to the prisoners against signature.

By the definition of the Supreme Court of the LF of September 5, 1941, the Supreme Court sentences for those sentenced to capital punishment:

1. GOLUBYKH Nikolai Ivanovich, sentence VT 19 sk from 16.8.41 and

2. MENSHOV Nikolai Matveevich, sentenced to the 2nd Guards Division on 24.8.41.

cancelled, with respect to GOLUBYKH for a new trial from the stage of the judicial investigation and with respect to MENSHOV from the stage of the preliminary investigation, which I ask that GOLUBYKH and MENSHOV announce against signature.

The preventive measure remains in custody for both of them.
