RESOLUTION
City of Radomysl 6/VII 1941 I, authorized by the Radomysl MRO NKGB SERGEANT OF STATE SECURITY STEPANENKO, having examined the materials on the accusation against citizen Ksenia Davydovna PUNDEL, born in 1871, native and resident of the village of Novosyolki, Potievsky district, from the middle peasants, individual farmer, no registration, Russian, citizenship of the USSR, in the crimes provided for by Articles 54-10 of the Criminal Code of the Ukrainian SSR, expressed in the fact that Ksenia Davydovna PUNDEL is anti-Soviet-minded, conducts counter-revolutionary agitation among the collective farm masses against the measures of the Soviet government, expects Hitler to come to Ukraine.

Based on the above and guided by Articles 143, 145 and 156 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Ukrainian SSR,
RESOLVED:
To choose as a preventive measure for the methods of evading trial and investigation in relation to the accused Ksenia Davidovna PUNDEL, to choose detention in the Zhitomir prison [inaudible] (to be credited, - E.B. ) detention at the Zhitomir NKGB
2. This resolution shall be submitted to the Radomysl Prosecutor.
