RESOLVED:
The measure to prevent Rudolf Andreevich SPIEGEL from evading investigation and trial is to be detention, which is to be announced to the arrested person by signature in this resolution.
In accordance with Article 144 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Ukrainian SSR, a copy of the order shall be sent to the Prosecutor and transferred to the prison director for inclusion in the prison personnel file.
