that FILIPPOVA T.I. committed a crime under Articles 58-10, 11 of the Criminal Code of the RSFSR and taking into account that FILIPPOVA T.I., being at large, can influence the investigation, guided by Articles 145 and 158 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR -

The measure to prevent Tatyana Ivanovna FILIPPOVA from evading investigation and trial is to be detention, and in accordance with Article 146 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, she is to be declared arrested and sign a receipt in this resolution.

In accordance with Article 160 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the RSFSR, a copy of the order shall be sent to the Prosecutor and transferred to the Warden of the Prison for inclusion in the prison’s personal file.
